Alexandria House
This renovation project breathes new life into a classic workers’ cottage by reinstating its original heritage facade which had been substantially compromised over time. New dormer windows and a bullnose verandah roof enhance the character of the home and its presence within the streetscape.
Designed for a family of entertainers, the new contemporary rear addition complements the historical charm of the existing home. The house features flexible open-plan living spaces suited for various uses and entertaining modes with a thoughtful floorplan that subtly delineates zones within the house and spaces for socialising and retreat.
The home maximises natural light and seamlessly connects to the rear garden offering an ideal blend of indoor and outdoor living.
